- 15 oz. can white beans
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
Method
- Drain beans.
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
- Serve pretzels or fat-free chips or crackers.
- Makes 2 cups.
