Ingredients
- 3 c. crushed raspberries
- 5 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
Method
- Measure sugar, then thoroughly stir in fruit.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Mix 3/4 cup water and Sure-Jell fruit pectin in small saucepan.
- Bring to full boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir into fruit at once; stir 3 minutes.
- Ladle into 2-cup glasses with lids.
- Let stand for 24 hours.
- Store in freezer.
