Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 4 (1 oz.) pkg. premelted chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Grease pan.
- Put cream cheese in bowl; let stand at room temperature.
- When the cheese is soft, gradually add one half pound confectioners sugar; stir constantly.
- Add chocolate and vanilla.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add other half of sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread in pan.
- Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
- Makes about 36 pieces.
