- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. milk, heated to boiling
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. each cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- extra serving size prepared graham cracker crust
- Oreo cookies, coarsely crumbled (1 c.)
Method
- In blender, sprinkle Knox gelatine over cold milk.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
- Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
- Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
- Pour in gelatine mixture.
- Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
- Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
- Makes 10 servings.
