Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. milk, heated to boiling
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. each cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • extra serving size prepared graham cracker crust
  • Oreo cookies, coarsely crumbled (1 c.)

Method

  • In blender, sprinkle Knox gelatine over cold milk.
  • Let stand 2 minutes.
  • Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
  • Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
  • Pour in gelatine mixture.
  • Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
  • Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Makes 10 servings.
