Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 (18 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. colored mini marshmallows
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- In double boiler, melt together chocolate chips and butter until blended.
- Add chunky peanut butter and mix well.
- In large bowl, mix together marshmallows, coconut and walnuts.
- Add chocolate-peanut butter mixture and blend.
- Put into a Pyrex dish and let cool, about 20 minutes.
- Cut into bars.
- Keep sealed and refrigerated.
