Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Scald milk, salt and sugar until it beads.
- Pour over eggs; add vanilla.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake at 325° until firm and knife comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
