Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) can kraut, well drained
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Mix together first 5 ingredients together in bowl.
- In saucepan, bring to boil sugar, salad oil and vinegar.
- Remove from heat.
- Cook; pour over kraut mixture and let stand for 24 hours.
