- 20 oz Imitation Crab (or real crab/losbter-chunk style)
- 1 pints Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 small Onions (chopped)
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Method
- Melt butter in a deep saute pan.
- Add onions.
- Saute until slightly brown.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
