- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans (not pork and beans)
- 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (15 oz.) can butter beans, drained
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark molasses
Method
- Cook bacon and onions until onions are tender.
- Combine with beans, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and molasses.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
