Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans (not pork and beans)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can butter beans, drained
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dark molasses

Method

  • Cook bacon and onions until onions are tender.
  • Combine with beans, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and molasses.
  • Pour into greased casserole.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Makes 10 to 12 servings.
