Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra sharp cheese
- 2 sticks oleo
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. nuts, finely chopped
- dash of red pepper
Method
- Grate cheese; let oleo get to room temperature.
- Mix together thoroughly; roll into large rolls.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- Cut in 1/4-inch slices.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
