Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 lb. jalapeno pepper (optional)
Method
- Cube cheese; mix all ingredients.
- Melt slowly in microwave on High.
- Serve over nacho chips.
