Ingredients

  • 1 can Old El Paso refried beans
  • 1/2 (16 oz.) jar medium salsa
  • 1/2 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 small avocados
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • shredded lettuce
  • 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 1 bag nachos
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Mix refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning and spread on large dish or platter.
  • Mash avocados; add lemon juice and taco sauce.
  • Mix together well and spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of that.
  • Top with lettuce, Cheddar cheese and tomato.
  • Dip with nachos.
