Ingredients
- 1 can Old El Paso refried beans
- 1/2 (16 oz.) jar medium salsa
- 1/2 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 small avocados
- 1/4 c. taco sauce
- 8 oz. sour cream
- shredded lettuce
- 10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 1 bag nachos
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning and spread on large dish or platter.
- Mash avocados; add lemon juice and taco sauce.
- Mix together well and spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of that.
- Top with lettuce, Cheddar cheese and tomato.
- Dip with nachos.
