Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Drain juice from pineapple.
- Mix dry jello with whipped topping until thoroughly mixed.
- Mix in the cottage cheese and the pineapple.
- Stir mixture well.
- Chill 4 hours or overnight in a covered dish.
- Add pecans on top before serving.
