Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 small shredded cabbage (3 c.)
- 1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)
Method
- In a
- large skillet, heat butter, water, sugar and spices. Add cabbage and peas. Cover and steam over high heat until cabbage is crisp-tender (5 minutes), stirring only once.
