Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 1/4 c. water, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 bunch broccoli spears
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ears frozen corn on cob
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. oleo

Method

  • Trim fat from chops.
  • Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  • Dip chops in mixture.
  • Preheat electric skillet to 360°; add oleo.
  • Brown chops on both sides.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and open vent. Set dish at medium.
  • Simmer and time dish for 30 minutes.
  • After frypan shuts off, lay corn and broccoli in frypan and add remaining 3/4 cup water.
  • Close vent and continue simmering for 10 to 13 minutes.
  • Serves 4.
