Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 1/4 c. water, divided
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bunch broccoli spears
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ears frozen corn on cob
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Trim fat from chops.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Dip chops in mixture.
- Preheat electric skillet to 360°; add oleo.
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and open vent. Set dish at medium.
- Simmer and time dish for 30 minutes.
- After frypan shuts off, lay corn and broccoli in frypan and add remaining 3/4 cup water.
- Close vent and continue simmering for 10 to 13 minutes.
- Serves 4.
