- 3 pounds ground beef
- 6 sheets or 1 box lasagna
- 3 large cans tomato sauce 29 ounce cans)
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 7 1/2 tablespoons dry onions
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons basil
- 3/4 teaspoon margoran
- 2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pound mozeralla cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
Method
- Put sauce in bottom of 1 pan, put layer of pasta sauce cheese mix. Repeat 2 more times
- Pre heat oven to 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
