Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 6 sheets or 1 box lasagna
  • 3 large cans tomato sauce 29 ounce cans)
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 7 1/2 tablespoons dry onions
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon margoran
  • 2 pounds ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound mozeralla cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped

Method

  • Put sauce in bottom of 1 pan, put layer of pasta sauce cheese mix. Repeat 2 more times
  • Pre heat oven to 375 for 30 to 40 minutes.
