Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Method
- Blend water, flour and turmeric.
- Pour into saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Return to blender and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Mix well and chill.
