Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken Breast
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Yellow Mutard
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Avocado Oil (or Vegetable Oil)
Method
- Cut the chicken breast into 4 slices and season with salt.
- In a bowl combine mustard and honey, stir well until ingredients are combined.
- Dip the chicken breast into the mustard sauce and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Grease a skillet with avocado oil and grill the chicken with its marinade until meat is completely cooked.
- Serve with your preferred side of veggies.
