Ingredients
- 5 pounds fully cooked ham
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry white wine
Method
- Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered, in a 325 oven for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 140 .
- Meanwhile, for glaze, in a small bowl combine mustard, sugar and wine.
- Mix well.
- Brush ham 2 or 3 times during the last 20 mins of cooking.
