Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Mince the garlic.
- Wash and slice mushrooms.
- Melt butter and oil in large frying pan over high heat.
- When the foam subsides, add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are brown and tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper if needed; sprinkle with parsley. Perfect with any meat or add to pasta or other vegetables such as green beans or peas.
