Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water or milk
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pack into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain off excess juices and turn meat loaf onto a serving plate.
- Serve with mushroom sauce made from remaining 1/2 can of soup.
- Thin with milk and heat.
