Ingredients
- 6 hamburger patties
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 small onions
- salt and pepper
- 2 pie crusts
Method
- Divide pie crust dough into 6 balls; set aside. Peel carrots and potatoes, then dice. Chop celery and onion in small pieces. Mix uncooked hamburger and vegetables together with hands. Add pepper, salt and a little flour; mix well. Roll each ball of dough out and put mixture on half of it. Dot with oleo and a sprinkle of flour. Fold over and seal with a fork. Make 2 small slits on top of crust. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, then at 375° for about 30 minutes. Test to see if done in 45 minutes.
