Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix soup with water.
- Add 1/4 cup soup/water to ground beef. Add egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Shape into small balls.
- Brown in 1 tablespoon canola oil then pour remaining soup/water over meat balls and simmer 25 minutes.
