Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. chopped marjoram
- 1 tsp. minced scallion greens
- 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
Method
- Place mushrooms in casserole.
- Melt butter with marjoram, scallion greens, salt and pepper.
- Add bouillon and wine.
- Stir and pour over mushrooms.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
