Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. steak, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 oz) Aylmer Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 cups wide egg noodles

Method

  • Brown steak, onion and mushrooms in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Simmer over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Stir in yogurt and heat through.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.
