Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 3 carrots, cut up
- 3 potatoes, cut up
- 3 onions, cut up (quartered)
Method
- Brown meat in small amount of vegetable oil.
- Add soup and water.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours over low heat.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook for 30 more minutes.
- More water may be added if necessary.
