Ingredients
- 3 lb. pot roast
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake covered for 4 hours at 275°. Pull meat apart.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
