Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef, separated into pieces
- 1 can corn (16 oz.)
- 2 cans whole white potatoes (16 oz. can), rinse with water, drain and slice into chunks
- 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz. can)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 can green beans (16 oz. can)
- 1 finely chopped medium onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Using a stewpot, mix separated corned beef with all of the other ingredients.
- Season to your own taste.
- May vary by adding other vegetables.
- Let simmer at least 1 hour.
- Serve when hot. Easy to heat up.
