Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef, separated into pieces
  • 1 can corn (16 oz.)
  • 2 cans whole white potatoes (16 oz. can), rinse with water, drain and slice into chunks
  • 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz. can)
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 can green beans (16 oz. can)
  • 1 finely chopped medium onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • Using a stewpot, mix separated corned beef with all of the other ingredients.
  • Season to your own taste.
  • May vary by adding other vegetables.
  • Let simmer at least 1 hour.
  • Serve when hot. Easy to heat up.
