Ingredients

  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 13/16 cup ricotta
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mint syrup
  • 7 1/2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • Mix sugar with butter until creamy smooth.
  • Add eggs, flour, ricotta and chocolate chips, mixing thoroughly.
  • United mint syrup, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
  • Place the mixture into cups and bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes, checking the area with the toothpick test.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Keep in fridge, great eaten cold.
