Ingredients
- 1 pkg Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
- 3/4 c whipping cream
- 1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/8 t salt
Method
- Heat oven to 350 F, grease bottom only of 9 x 13 pan.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
- Spread in pan.
- Heat whipping cream and chocolate chips in 2 qt sauce pan, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; cook slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and salt until eggs are foamy.
- Stir into chocolate mixture.
- Pour evenly over batter in pan.
- Bake 45 minutes, cool 2 hrs, cut into 2-inch squares.
- Keep refrigerated.
