Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
  • 3/4 c whipping cream
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/8 t salt

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 F, grease bottom only of 9 x 13 pan.
  • Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
  • Spread in pan.
  • Heat whipping cream and chocolate chips in 2 qt sauce pan, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; cook slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and salt until eggs are foamy.
  • Stir into chocolate mixture.
  • Pour evenly over batter in pan.
  • Bake 45 minutes, cool 2 hrs, cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Keep refrigerated.
