Ingredients
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 to 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz. marshmallows
- 1 c. cream, whipped
Method
- Melt marshmallows in scalded milk.
- Let cool.
- Fold pineapple and whipped cream in the marshmallow mixture.
- Put most of the graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 8-inch square pan.
- Pour in marshmallow mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Chill. This is a light fluffy dessert.
