Ingredients
- 8 white potatoes
- 3 tsp. margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Slice potatoes.
- Layer bottom of casserole dish with potatoes. Place 1 teaspoon of margarine, divided in 4 sections, on top of potatoes.
- Place a layer of mushroom soup.
- Repeat two times until there are 3 layers. Bake in a covered casserole dish in medium oven at 325° to 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
