Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans small shrimp or 1/2 lb. frozen cocktail shrimp, thawed and chopped
Method
- Heat soup in saucepan.
- Add gelatin.
- Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a mold which has been rinsed with cold water.
- Chill until set.
- Serve with crackers.
