Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can whole tomatoes, diced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can corn
Method
- Brown hamburger with sauteed onions.
- Then layer ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 hours on top of stove on medium to low heat.
