Ingredients
- 1 packages (10 ounce) frozen, Chopped Spinach, thawed
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 lb Cooked Ham
- 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 1 packages Elbow Macaroni
- 8 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
Method
- Serves 6
- Preheat oven 350F
- Boil Macaroni until done
- Coat baking dish with butter or spray
- Add remaining butter to spinach & macaroni; mix well
- Add cheese, ham, cottage cheese, salt & pepper; mix well
- Beat milk & egg with fork & pour over macaroni mixture
- Mix until completly combined
- Spoon into baking dish
- Bake for 1 hour at 359F
