Ingredients
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
Method
- Mix sugars and flour together.
- Add milk and beaten egg yolks. Stir in cocoa.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil.
- Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Add vanilla after cooking mixture.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Cover with meringue. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a 400° oven.
