Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cook raisins in water (enough to cover) about 5 minutes.
- Do not drain.
- Add sugar, butter, flour, milk, slightly beaten egg yolks and nuts to the pan of raisins and continue to heat over low temperature until mixture thickens.
- Pour into previously baked pie shell.
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
