Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 ounces, weight Semi Sweet Chocolate Melted
  • 4 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate, Melted
  • Whipped Topping Or Ice Cream, For Serving

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2. In the bowl of a mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour and salt on low speed until just combined. Stir in the melted chocolates.
  • 3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins. Fill each cup about 3/4 full.
  • 4. Bake for 4-6 minutes or until edges are just set and center is still soft. Cool for 4 minutes before turning out cake bites onto a serving tray.
  • 5. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
