Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups diced onion
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill at least 24 hours. Stir in parsley and cilantro just before serving.
