Ingredients
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 whole can cranberry sauce
- 1 med. apple, diced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Soften gelatin in cool water, place over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
- Combine cranberry sauce, apple and lemon juice.
- Add in dissolved gelatin.
- Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and refrigeratetill almost hard.
- This is the Cranberry Layer.
