Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 medium green onions, trimmed and chopped
  • 1/2 pound white button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 cup garlic cheese (such as Boursin)
  • One 10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • One 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the green onions and mushrooms, and saute until the onion turns translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the cheese, soup, broccoli, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
