- 2 (15 oz.) cans beef ravioli in tomato sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- cheese slices
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch nonmetal baking dish, spread 1 can of the ravioli.
- Mix egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, parsley and garlic powder.
- Spoon over ravioli.
- Top with half the cheese slices.
- Spoon remaining ravioli over; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
