Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans beef ravioli in tomato sauce
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • cheese slices

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch nonmetal baking dish, spread 1 can of the ravioli.
  • Mix egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, parsley and garlic powder.
  • Spoon over ravioli.
  • Top with half the cheese slices.
  • Spoon remaining ravioli over; top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serves 6.
