Ingredients

  • 34 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 14 cup light corn syrup
  • 14 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 23 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts

Method

  • Stir first 5 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until blended.
  • Pour over oatmeal stirring to mix.
  • Press into greased 13x9x2-in.
  • pan.
  • Bake in 375 degree oven 12 minutes.
  • Melt chips and peanut butter and add peanuts.
  • Spread over bars.
  • Cool.
  • Cut into bars.
  • Additional chopped nuts may be sprinkled on top.
