Ingredients
- 3 c. shredded chicken
- 1 c. salsa
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
Method
- Heat oven to 475°.
- In saucepan combine chicken, 1/2 salsa, garlic powder, oregano and cumin.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until heated through and liquids evaporate.
- Brush both sides of flour tortilla with butter.
- Spoon 1/6 filling into center of each tortilla.
- Fold opposite sides of tortilla inward toward filling. Fold remaining 2 sides over filling to form bundle.
