Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded chicken
  • 1 c. salsa
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce

Method

  • Heat oven to 475°.
  • In saucepan combine chicken, 1/2 salsa, garlic powder, oregano and cumin.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring until heated through and liquids evaporate.
  • Brush both sides of flour tortilla with butter.
  • Spoon 1/6 filling into center of each tortilla.
  • Fold opposite sides of tortilla inward toward filling. Fold remaining 2 sides over filling to form bundle.
