Ingredients

  • Double shot espresso coffee, or 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 3 ounces lite firm tofu
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk beverage*
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 2 packets Sweet'N Low(R) zero calorie sweetener

Method

  • Place the coffee, banana, tofu, cocoa, and coconut milk beverage, ice, and Sweet'N Low(R) zero calorie sweetener in a superblender or blender and whirl until smooth. Divide smoothie between 3 glasses, and serve immediately.
