Ingredients
- Double shot espresso coffee, or 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 3 ounces lite firm tofu
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk beverage*
- 3/4 cup ice
- 2 packets Sweet'N Low(R) zero calorie sweetener
Method
- Place the coffee, banana, tofu, cocoa, and coconut milk beverage, ice, and Sweet'N Low(R) zero calorie sweetener in a superblender or blender and whirl until smooth. Divide smoothie between 3 glasses, and serve immediately.
