Ingredients
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 12 oz Hershey special dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp espresso powder
Method
- In a microwave safe cup, heat half and half in microwave for 90 seconds.
- Add in espresso powder and stir.
- Add chips and let sit for 2 minutes to melt chocolate.
- Then whisk smooth.
- Let ganache sit and thicken for 15 minutes before topping a cake.
