Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese and salt.
- Add onions and potatoes and mix well.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
