Ingredients

  • 2 Packages frzn mixed vegetables, cooked
  • 2 sm. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 2 cans kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon flour
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. mustard

Method

  • Cook frzn mixed vegetables, according to package directions.
  • Cold.
  • Combine onions, celery, green pepper and kidney beans with cooled vegetables.
  • Combine sugar, flour, vinegar, salt and mustard in small saucepan and cook till clear.
  • Add in to vegetables and chill before serving.
