Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. fruit juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Method

  • Dissolve lime Jell-O with water and juice.
  • Cool, add pineapple.
  • Pour into deep dish, chill until firm.
  • Dissolve lemon Jell-O in water and juice; let cool.
  • Soften cream cheese and add to lemon mixture.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour lemon Jell-O mixture over lime Jell-O mixture.
  • Return to refrigerator and chill until firm.
  • Makes 12 servings.
