- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. fruit juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- Dissolve lime Jell-O with water and juice.
- Cool, add pineapple.
- Pour into deep dish, chill until firm.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in water and juice; let cool.
- Soften cream cheese and add to lemon mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour lemon Jell-O mixture over lime Jell-O mixture.
- Return to refrigerator and chill until firm.
- Makes 12 servings.
