Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow topping
- Frosting
Method
- Cream together margarine, sugar and cocoa.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, pecans and coconut.
- Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Spread topping at once over warm cake.
- Let cool. Frost.
